The bonus feature: this is the first toaster I've seen with a retractable cord. Every toaster (Appliance) should have that feature! The reheat function warms up toast just right. Large slices of bread such as italian loaf fit completely in if you set it in the toaster the same way it was in the bag. The surface is easy to clean and the individual crumb trays make it easy to maintain.

The only complaint I have is that it doesnt lift the toast all the way up. If you are toasting something smaller (like an english muffin) you have to pull the knob upward so the toast reaches the top enough to take it out. Its not a deal breaker for me but definatly something they should fix. I can see why it would bother some people enough to return it.
