I've used it every morning and always get a perfect piece of toast out of it. This toaster is wide enough for our large NY style bagel from our local bagel shop. It toasts very even and doesn't burn if you leave it in a little too long. It simply works without any problems. It makes toasting easy and joyful again.

The bonus feature: this is the first toaster I've seen with a retractable cord. Every toaster (Appliance) should have that feature! The reheat function warms up toast just right. Large slices of bread such as italian loaf fit completely in if you set it in the toaster the same way it was in the bag. The surface is easy to clean and the individual crumb trays make it easy to maintain.
